CypherX is a bot hosting and deployment platform that allows users to deploy applications to Heroku using a credit-based system. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uptime of any deployed bot.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits and Payments
- Credits are required to deploy and maintain bots on the platform.
- Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Prices and credit costs are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CypherX to:
- Deploy bots that engage in spam, harassment, or abuse of any kind.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Deploy malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance.
6. Bots and Content
You are solely responsible for the bots and content you deploy. CypherX does not monitor deployed bots but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
CypherX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or bot downtime.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your deployed bots may be deleted and unused credits forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
