Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All coin purchases on CypherX are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed and coins are credited to your account. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
2. Eligible Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Payment was processed but coins were not credited to your account within 24 hours.
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same transaction.
- The payment was made in error within 30 minutes of the transaction and no coins have been consumed.
- The platform experienced a major outage lasting more than 72 hours after your purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Coins that have already been used to deploy or run bots.
- Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Change of mind after coins have been credited.
- Bots that were deleted or stopped by the user.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of the transaction. Include your transaction reference number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
